About the Position As a café shop associate, you are an important part of the customer experience. You work with sales, receive deliveries from suppliers and ensure that the café is always clean, welcoming and well-stocked. You greet every customer with a smile and work together with your colleagues at a fast pace – your workdays are varied and filled with energy. In addition to café work, you will participate in the daily operations of the store. Together with the team, you ensure that the shop is always ready for sales and that every customer receives first-class service. We have permanent positions that begin with a 6-month probation period as well as temporary positions. Weekly working hours are approximately 28-38 h/week. About You We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in café operations. You thrive when the pace is high and approach every workday with energy, joy and initiative. You are not afraid to think differently and contribute your own ideas. You are a service-oriented person who always keeps the customer in focus. You enjoy taking on new challenges and easily learn new things while sharing your knowledge with others. We would prefer if you have previous experience working in a café and are comfortable with the tasks involved. If you additionally appreciate structure and order, you will be a perfect fit for us.
