About the Job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Malmö Katrinelund! In short, this role means you'll help our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
Job Details: Permanent full-time position, probationary period applies
Start Date: October 19, 2026 or by agreement
Working Hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks.
More about the position:
Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce and flowers department.
You're responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the department is sales-oriented and seasonally current, thereby helping the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
You'll meet our customers with knowledge, careful attention, and a big smile, whether they need help finding a product or paying for it.

About You

Have experience working in a produce and flowers department in a store or equivalent valuable knowledge and are ready to take the next step in your development.
Notice when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or with service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's fantastic!
