Job Details: Permanent full-time position, probation period applies
Start Date: By agreement
Work Hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends
Requirements: Upper secondary education, excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
More About the Role:
Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the produce and flowers department.
You are responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the department is sales-oriented and seasonally relevant, thereby helping the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether they need help finding an item or paying for it.

About You

Have experience working in a produce and flowers department in a store or equivalent valuable knowledge and are ready to take the next step in your development.
See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or customer service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do too, that's great!
