About the Position As a Retail Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of varied tasks and departments that are always characterized by customer focus and high service standards. This includes, among other things, having a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and properly displayed. Regardless of where you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers—whether you're stocking merchandise, working at the checkout, helping them in customer service, or serving them in the café. In your interactions with customers, you eagerly share your knowledge to help them find what they're looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no two days are the same. Here we're happy to tackle tasks and challenges that may arise by trying to find a simple solution. We are now looking for two new colleagues. These positions are permanent employment positions that begin with a 6-month probationary period. The working hours are 15-20 h/week. About You Customer time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to listen, understand, and read customer needs. We are therefore looking for someone who is a strong service-oriented person and who has the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly facing new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want order and organization around you. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English, among other things. It is an advantage if you have experience from retail and preferably in store work with cashier experience or from the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we would like to see a genuine interest in our product range and product areas.
