About the position As a Retail Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of varying tasks and departments that are always characterized by customer focus and high service levels. This includes, among other things, playing a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and frontally displayed. Regardless of where you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers - whether you're restocking goods, working at the checkout, helping them in customer service, or serving them in the café. When meeting customers, you are happy to share your knowledge to help them find what they're looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no two days are the same. Here we are happy to take on tasks and challenges that may arise by trying to find a simple solution. The position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Employment is part-time, 30 hours/week. About you Customers' time is valuable and as an employee at Biltema you must be able to listen, understand and read customers' needs. We are therefore looking for you who is a pronounced service-minded person and who has the customer in focus. You enjoy a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take charge of things, see what needs to be done and want order and tidiness around you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English, among other things. It is meritious if you have experience from retail and preferably within store work with checkout work or the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we would like to see a burning interest in our assortment and our product areas.
