Retail Store Associate

ICA Råby is seeking a retail store associate! We are now looking for a new team member to join our staff. We are a group of about 15 people working here and hope that you will want to become part of our team. Since we are a smaller store, it is important to us that everyone helps out and is versatile throughout the store with a kind of helicopter perspective. A workday can involve everything from stocking merchandise, working the register, restocking shelves (= tidying up the shelves) to inventory management, checking expiration dates, and working at the post office. So if you are interested in a responsible job with highly varied tasks, don't hesitate to apply! The position includes work: Day shifts Evening shifts Weekends Evening manager/closing manager with responsibility for the store, including locking up/opening. It is a requirement that you are able to and available during these times and feel comfortable with these working conditions. As a person, we would like to see that you have previous experience from the service industry (preferably an ICA store) and a strong interest in customer service and sales. You are service-oriented, cheerful & positive, thorough, responsible, and able to handle stress when things get busy. Additional merits for the position include: Experience working in a grocery store Experience with ICA's store computer systems such as Min Butik and AOB Basic knowledge of store economics Experience working with Post in a store The position is approximately 34 hours/week We offer a 6-month probationary period.
