About the role As a store detective, you work independently in the store with a focus on preventing and reducing theft and shrinkage. An important part of the work is to be observant of what happens in the store environment, identify suspicious behavior, and when necessary, intervene in cases of minor theft, theft, or vandalism in accordance with applicable laws and procedures. The role is not just about detecting and handling theft. You also work preventively by noticing risks in the store environment and contributing with advice and suggestions on how, for example, the store's layout and work methods can be developed to reduce the risk of theft and shrinkage. The position is a needs-based employment with varying work hours. Who are you? We place great emphasis on you as a store detective being comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You should be able to convey a sense of security to our client and their employees by being competent, reliable, and responsible. We also value good communication skills, a high degree of security awareness, and flexibility. Of course, we also expect you to be drug-free, have a clean criminal record, and have your finances in order. We are looking for someone with: Completed Security Guard Training Part 1 and 2 (VU1, VU2) with passing results and a BK training (store detective) Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing B-class driver's license is an advantage What do we offer?
