As a Store Security Officer, you will work to prevent and reduce shoplifting, theft, and shrinkage in retail environments. The role is varied – no two days are the same, as you will visit several different stores during your shift. In case of any crime, you intervene and then call the police to the scene. You will, for example: Conduct inspections at our retail customers. Collaborate with police in case of any crimes. Work preventatively by monitoring stores' security measures. This role suits you if you are decisive and not afraid to work in challenging environments. The Store Security Officer role is often flexible, which means you can, if needed, combine work as a Store Security Officer with other tasks within Securitas. Job Requirements The role requires a certified education as a Store Security Officer Approved grades in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school Good knowledge of English B-class driving license We believe you are service-minded, calm, and organized, and can handle periods of high work pace. You are interested in technology and have an aptitude for understanding instructions. We see that you are an independent person who trusts your own abilities, quickly understand problems, and solve them creatively. You have a systematic and thorough approach with an eye for detail.
