The company was founded about 11 years ago and has expanded significantly in a short time. Today we have 5 stores in Skåne and approximately 25 employees. Our focused work involves ensuring strong economics for the chain and creating a safe, development-oriented workplace for our employees. About the Role As Store Manager of our store in central Malmö (which also serves as the chain's central warehouse), you have full responsibility for the store's daily operations, sales, and a team of approximately 10 people. We are looking for someone who wants more than the typical Store Manager role. You are stepping into a key position where, in addition to running the Malmö store, you become an important partner in monitoring and developing the chain's other units. For the right person, there is a clear path to gradually build on your experience and eventually move into the Area Manager role for our stores. Your Primary Responsibilities Coach, motivate, and inspire your floor team. Your focus is on leading others to success and raising overall sales levels. Manage daily operations, scheduling, inventory management, and product orders through our digital tools. Drive store sales toward set budgets and key performance indicators. Follow up on results and support other stores in the chain regarding operations, staffing, and commercial decisions. Gradually take a stronger grip on the entire store network as you become more familiar with the business. Your Profile We are looking for someone with solid experience as a Store Manager in retail who is ready for expanded commercial responsibility. Several years of documented experience as a Store Manager with a focus on sales leadership and results. You are driven to coach others and are strong at building winning sales teams rather than just selling yourself. Good financial understanding, experienced in managing toward KPIs, and comfortable with digital systems and inventory management. You are comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment where decisions are made and executed quickly. You are change-oriented and thrive in a high-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing. Understanding of Danish is a merit. What Does Nordic Treasures Offer?
