As a Store Manager at Myrorna, you run your store with great responsibility and authority. You have full accountability for the store's results, development, and operations – and significant freedom to shape work methods, your team, and the customer experience within the framework of Myrorna's business concept and values. You lead and develop your team, creating engagement, participation, and shared direction to achieve store goals. Additionally, you supervise you and your team's interns who are engaged in various labor market policy initiatives. Through business-minded and present leadership, you ensure that the store is vibrant, attractive, and profitable. The role includes, among other things: Drive and develop daily operations with a focus on sales, results, and customer experience Track and analyze key metrics – and translate insights into concrete improvements in the store Plan and execute campaigns and activities in a way that suits your store and customers – based on our Marketing plan Create a safe, inclusive, and well-functioning work environment where employees thrive and develop Have full responsibility for personnel, budget, and results, with support from the Regional Manager The store, in addition to store operations, also has its own production of hard goods such as furniture, items, paintings, and books, which are sorted, valued, and priced. Soft goods; fashion and textiles, are delivered pre-priced to the store from production in Stockholm. Are you the person we're looking for? Through your leadership, you create conditions for your employees and store to succeed. You set clear goals, delegate responsibility, and follow up on goals and performance. You are structured and clear in your leadership role and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, you are responsible, positive, and have a down-to-earth approach to those around you. You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, as you will coach, guide, and support people who come to us for internships. As a person, you have a genuine passion for fashion and interior design. You have a feel for trends and brands and know what customers demand. You understand the importance of marketing and communicating with customers through social media. Your Background You will work closely with our procurement and will thus have an impact on the store's assortment. We therefore see that you have experience working with purchasing and pricing in combination with sales. Furthermore, you have current experience working in a leadership position. We would appreciate it if you have education in visual merchandising or have equivalent experience from working with the visual expression in a store. What We Offer Myrorna offers you a developing role where you participate directly in business operations. Myrorna has a collective agreement and you are offered a wellness allowance and discounted group insurance premium. The position is permanent at 100%, and a trial period applies.
