Your Role As Store Manager at our Linköping location, you will have overall responsibility for store operations, results, and personnel. You will lead the store's management team and set the framework for an inspiring workplace where the customer is always in focus and where your employees have room to develop. The role involves close and present leadership in daily operations. You lead by being a role model in the store, while maintaining the structure needed to plan activities, optimize processes, and monitor the store's key metrics. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. You have strong problem-solving skills and are excellent at planning and delegating tasks. You are driven by a strong customer focus and always prioritize the customer experience. Exceeding set goals and maximizing productivity with your team is something you take for granted. In addition, you are a good communicator and can develop your team and store through feedback. Your Responsibilities in Brief: Lead, motivate, and develop the store's management team and employees toward common goals. Take full responsibility for the store's results, sales, and key metrics through continuous analysis and follow-up. Ensure high operational excellence and deliver world-class customer service. Effectively delegate tasks, optimize store processes, and ensure a good work environment. Respond for recruitment, onboarding, and continued development of the team. Your Profile We are looking for a confident, communicative, and clear leader with documented experience leading teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. You don't necessarily need to have a background in food retail – what matters most to us is your leadership, business acumen, and ability to develop people. We would like to see that you have leadership experience from retail, grocery trade, or the fast-paced service and restaurant industry (e.g., restaurant manager/supervisor in QSR). As a person, you are straightforward, fair, and unafraid to make decisions. You have a strong ability to provide constructive feedback, build trust, and drive your employees forward. We are looking for someone who has: Documented leadership experience with personnel responsibility from fast-paced operations (e.g., retail, grocery trade, restaurant, or other service-oriented industry). Experience with results and key metric responsibility as well as staffing and operations planning. Clear communication skills and present, coaching leadership. Completed upper secondary education or equivalent. Fluent Swedish proficiency in both speech and writing.
