As a store manager, we're looking for someone who is customer and sales-oriented with a strong interest in interior design and furnishings, as well as solid knowledge within sales and customer service. Someone with good leadership skills who can in an engaged way lead your staff toward common goals. As a store manager with us, your main responsibilities are to manage the store's operations, work with clear sales targets and key figures, and inspire, follow up and coach your staff in sales and customer service. You have overall personnel and scheduling responsibility where you optimize staffing based on the company's operations. Your role includes training in and maintaining KungSängen's sales process and contributing to raising knowledge levels within health, sleep and KungSängen's products.
