In line with our JYSK Leadership Values, you are responsible for ensuring the store is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading, and coaching your team on the shop floor. You act based on key metrics, determine what's needed to reach goals, and motivate the team to achieve them. Follow and implement store concepts and procedures. Recruit and onboard new colleagues and develop current team members. You're not afraid of hands-on work and lead by example by selling and performing routine tasks in the store.
