Of course, you'll be invited to our annual JYSK Awards. 20% discount at JYSK and other companies within the Lars Larsen Group WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE Together with an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for your JYSK store. The role also encompasses stores in the surrounding area – Nybro, Oskarshamn, Färjestaden. In line with our JYSK Leadership Values, you are responsible for ensuring that the store is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading, and coaching your team directly on the shop floor. You work based on key metrics, determine what's needed to reach targets, and motivate the team to achieve them. Follow and implement store concepts and store procedures. Recruit and onboard new colleagues and develop current team members. You're not afraid of physical work and lead by example through selling and performing routine tasks in the store.
