About the Position You are offered a permanent full-time position in a profitable and rapidly growing company. The position is based at a newly opened Arken Zoo store in Mariestad. - The position is full-time, 38.25h/week. - Employment contract and salary etc. by agreement. - Work hours: day, evening and weekend shifts according to schedule. - Start date: 2026-12-01 Job Responsibilities The position includes: - Providing excellent customer service every time you work and always helping customers make the right product choice. - Being a driven salesperson who loves customer interaction. - Store management, maintenance, unpacking, restocking and sales. The Store Manager role includes: *Working actively in the store alongside your staff *Having personnel and profit responsibility for the store *Ensuring the store is attractive and sales-oriented *Ensuring our customers are satisfied *Developing employees in their roles Qualifications: We are looking for someone with a passion for pets, especially dogs and cats. You should be a dedicated service-oriented person with some experience in retail work and sales in retail or grocery trade. Animal care education from high school, zoos etc. is a merit but not required. *Experience in a management position from retail or grocery trade is required as it demands extensive knowledge of business management, personnel leadership and store operations. *Leadership, experience leading and developing sales staff toward qualitative and quantitative goals. *Scheduling, experience with practical scheduling work in e.g. web-based programs *Basic IT skills How to Apply Click "Send Application", fill in the form and upload your application documents.
