We're looking for you to take on a leadership role in our store in Växjö city – a leader who through engaged and present management motivates, inspires, and develops their sales team.
As store manager at Akademibokhandeln, you are responsible for the store's results, staff, concept, and administration. You have overall responsibility for driving day-to-day operations while leading long-term development work toward established goals.

We're looking for you who:
- Are an experienced and inspiring leader driven by active leadership to lead, inspire, and develop your team
- Are passionate about sales – both through direct customer interactions and through inspiring store displays
- Have management experience from retail
- Always set an example in every customer encounter
- Feel comfortable leading and implementing change processes and have the ability to practically build new routines from scratch
- Enjoy driving personal sales toward established goals according to the company's concept
- Have strong commercial knowledge and know what creates a successful store
- Take initiative to maximize the store's financial results
- Communicate clearly with sales staff, managers, and colleagues and are not afraid to make difficult decisions
- Are structured, organized, and enjoy working in an environment where you take significant independent responsibility
