About the Store Manager role in Västervik As a Store Manager in Västervik, you'll be responsible for leading and driving the store toward success. You'll work to achieve our sales targets, ensure an excellent customer experience, and oversee daily operations and the store's team members. You'll manage 4 retail sales associates. Your main responsibilities are: Lead, coach, and develop retail sales associates Ensure the store achieves sales targets and results Maintain a high level of customer service Inventory management and stock control Recruitment and training of team members As a manager, you'll have support from other leaders, HR, and colleagues.
