Thelins Konditori was founded in the early 1900s and has since always strived to provide the highest quality in both raw materials and products as well as personal service. The first store opened on Sankt Eriksgatan, Kungsholmen, and today Thelins consists of 20 stores. The core concept remains the same today as it was then – a traditional artisanal bakery that offers everything from bread, classic princess cakes and mazarines to more modern baked goods such as mousse cakes, pralines & croissants. All products are baked in our bakery in Gröndal. Here operations run around the clock to bake and deliver the freshest products possible to all our stores. Store Manager Thelins Konditori Do you have a passion for leadership, service and sales? We are looking for a confident and responsible store manager who wants to take full responsibility for one of our stores and its employees. As a store manager at Thelins Konditori, you will have an important and independent role with significant personal responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring your store runs smoothly on a daily basis, from personnel and planning to working environment, sales, service and day-to-day operations. For us, your previous industry is not the most important thing. What matters is that you have experience leading others, are confident in making decisions, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for both people and operations. You are in charge of your store As a store manager, you are the one who holds the operations of your store together. You work with your team in day-to-day operations, but you also have management responsibility. You plan, prioritize, delegate and follow up on work, and ensure that your employees know what is expected of them. You take responsibility for operations to run smoothly even when you are not present, through clear procedures, good planning and clear division of responsibilities within the team. An important part of your leadership is to build a team and structure that allows daily operations to function even without your presence. Your main areas of responsibility The role includes, among other things: Have overall responsibility for the store's daily operations, personnel and results. Lead, allocate and follow up on team work. Plan operations and work preventatively. Delegate responsibility and create involvement among employees. Motivate, support and develop staff. Introduce and train new employees. Handle personnel matters that are part of daily management responsibility. Ensure a good and safe working environment. Work actively with sales, service and the store's set goals. Responsible for orders, purchasing, goods flow and product display. Ensure that the company's procedures, guidelines and policies are followed. Identify problems and work out solutions before they become acute. Maintain clear and ongoing communication with other store managers and management. Who are we looking for?
