Would you like to be part of running one of Sweden's border trade stores? ICA Nära Jäckvik is located in the heart of the mountains and is a natural meeting place for residents, holiday home owners and visitors year-round. Since we are close to the Norwegian border, the majority of our customers come from Norway. We are now looking for a store manager who wants to become an important part of our team and help us continue to develop the store. About the position As a store manager, you work closely with both customers and employees. You lead the daily operations of the store, are present on the floor and ensure that the business runs smoothly. Together with the owner, you are responsible for the store's operations and become an important support in both operational work and personnel matters. The position involves, among other things: Leading and distributing the daily work in the store. Supporting the staff and contributing to a positive work environment. Ensuring that the store is well-stocked, inspiring and ready for our customers. Relieving the owner of daily work and being involved in the store's continued development. We are looking for someone who Is a natural leader and enjoys working with people. Feels comfortable in a retail environment and likes a fast pace. Has experience in retail, leadership or similar activities. Experience with operations and personnel responsibility is a plus, but not required. Is solution-oriented, takes responsibility and sees what needs to be done. We offer A permanent employment at 100%. Start date by agreement, preferably immediately. Salary by agreement.
