About the Role As Store Manager at Blomsterlandet, you have overall responsibility for store operations, results, and team. You lead with clarity and engagement, create structure in daily work and energy in the team – always with the customer in focus. Store revenue and staffing vary throughout the year, which requires both planning and flexibility. You work closely with your team in daily operations while also being strategic in developing sales, customer flow, and work methods.
