About the Role As store manager at Bågar & Glas, you drive the store as your own business unit. You have overall responsibility for daily operations, sales, customer experience, and team development. The role is both operational and strategic, meaning you are present in the store's daily work while actively developing the business forward. You are the one who sets the direction – through your leadership, energy, and business acumen, you create both results and a strong culture in the team.
