About the Role As a store manager at Artikel2, you are responsible for the store's performance and daily operations according to established plans, budgets, and objectives. You also work operatively in the store with product presentation, customer service, and inventory flow while mentoring individuals in employment integration programs. As a leader, you spread solution-oriented positivity to maintain a valued store through today's unpredictable challenges. You lead the store together with assistant managers, and together you guide the rest of the team, consisting of sales staff and individuals in employment integration programs, toward goals and results. Broad Areas of Responsibility: Store sales and budget Daily store operations and work environment Store personnel, inventory flow, and premises Store commitment regarding employment integration Your Main Tasks Are To: Lead, motivate, and inspire your team through sales and customer service work so that set goals are achieved. Ensure that employment integration work aligns with our mission as a social enterprise. This area includes everything from daily mentoring of individuals in employment integration programs to networking with municipalities and the Employment Agency. Plan, prioritize, and distribute work in the best way based on current conditions regarding staff and inventory. Ensure the store is an attractive destination with satisfied customers through product presentation and merchandise turnover. Follow up on key metrics and their compliance. The role is primarily operational and partly physically demanding, with administrative work occurring as part of ongoing operations. The store manager works closely with the sales manager, other stores, and supply management in Västberga. Reporting is to the sales manager. About You You enjoy fashion and interior design; your heart beats a little faster for second hand. You are motivated by the challenge of creating a sales-driven, well-stocked store with optimized inventory flow based on varying conditions. You like maintaining a high pace in your work and have previous experience with personnel responsibility. You have understanding of the business, the logistics behind it, and the bigger picture. Meeting customer demand with the unpredictable second hand assortment is an excellent task for you, as you enjoy quick problem-solving and can handle the unexpected. You can independently prioritize tasks depending on the situation and are both structured and flexible in your role. Your positive attitude and confidence give you a clear leadership style characterized by attentiveness. You have a genuine interest in people's development; when demands are set and expectations clarified, you see opportunities rather than limitations. Requirements: Solid experience from retail, with at least three years in a management role. Previous experience working with budgets, key metrics, and scheduling Experience with inventory flow and sales. Strong planning ability and financial understanding. Good administrative and digital competence. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Merits: Previous second hand experience. Previous work experience from operations with a larger employee group and high inventory flow. Previous experience working with employment integration. Understanding of different visual merchandising methods to drive sales. Terms of Employment The position is a permanent full-time employment with 6 months probation. The placement is in our second hand store at Liljeholmstorget Galleria in Stockholm. Artikel2 has collective agreements and offers wellness benefits.
