About Photofun
Photofun is a creative photo shop and production studio where images, memories, and personalized products are at the heart of what we do. We offer everything from frames, photo albums, prints in all formats, product printing (mugs, t-shirts, puzzles, etc.), passport & ID photography, film developing, and digitization of old media such as VHS, Hi8, and slides.
We operate both physical retail locations and a growing e-commerce platform, where customers design their photo products online and pick them up in-store or have them delivered to their homes.
The Role
We are looking for 2 part-time associates who can start immediately.
You will work both in the retail store and in production, with varied tasks in a creative and technical environment.
Responsibilities
Customer service in the retail store — assisting customers with purchases, orders, and advice
Prints in standard, large format, and specialty formats
Image editing in Photoshop or similar programs
Passport and ID photography
Product printing (mugs, t-shirts, puzzles, frames, etc.)
Film developing and basic digitization
Order management for retail and e-commerce
Order picking and store organization
Basic machine maintenance and quality control
Qualifications
At least 2 years of retail/retail experience
Strong computer skills
Experience with Photoshop or similar image editing software
Interest in photography, imaging, and creative products
Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and maintain organization
Good customer service skills and confidence in customer interactions
Additional merit: experience with print machines, large format printing, or product printing
