What you'll be doing As a parts and accessories shop sales associate at Lantmännen Maskin, you actively work with the sale of spare parts and accessories, both over the counter and through proactive outreach to existing and new customers. Your customers are primarily agricultural businesses, contractors, and workshops, and you're often their first point of contact with us. You work closely with both our workshop on spare parts management and our machinery sales team, which means you also handle some administrative tasks. The role includes ordering and delivery of spare parts, goods receipt and unpacking, as well as contributing to inventory maintenance and invoicing. You also ensure that the shop is always well-organized, well-stocked, and customer-friendly. An important part of the assignment is to actively contribute to developing the shop and spare parts business toward maximum profitability and highest customer satisfaction. You work proactively to find and develop new customers and participate in marketing and sales campaigns together with your colleagues. What you need to succeed and thrive You have: High school education in a relevant field A couple of years of relevant work experience from customer- and sales-oriented activities – experience from the agricultural sector is a plus Knowledge of the service market or similar relevant experience Good computer skills and experience working with business systems Good proficiency in Swedish and English You are: Customer-focused and service-oriented Results-driven with a drive to create business Solution-oriented and attentive to customer needs Flexible and adaptable when business needs change What we offer you With us, you get a varied role where you work close to both customer, technology, and operations.
