Keolis Regional Traffic in Uppland is seeking bus drivers for part-time work at our depot in Uppsala. The position is a 50% employment with work scheduled Monday-Friday mornings/early afternoons.

About the Position
As a bus driver in regular service at Keolis, you'll have flexible work. You'll drive all routes in the area and all types of buses. Traffic operates 24/7, but for this position, working hours are scheduled for mornings and early afternoons, Monday-Friday.
We prefer candidates living near the depot you're applying to, since you start early and can't rely on public transport when you're driving the first bus of the morning. The position involves driving and working according to both EU driving and rest time regulations and the Road Work Hours Act. The position starts in fall 2026.
What You Need
Category D driver's license
Valid Professional Competence Certificate (YKB)*
Digital driver card
Swedish language skills (speaking and writing)
Experience in customer service is a plus
Knowledge of EU driving and rest time regulations and proper tachograph handling is a plus
Keolis uses driving tests as part of the selection process.
* As we prioritize finding the right person for the right role, we are in select cases prepared to offer continued YKB training. This applies, for example, if you obtained your bus driver's license before 2008.

Bus Driver Salary
When you work as a bus driver at Keolis, you receive salary according to an agreement called the Bus Industry Agreement.
It is an agreement determined jointly by the union and employers. The salary changes once a year, in October.
Your salary depends on how many years you've worked as a bus driver. To demonstrate this, you need to provide a document called a service certificate.
In addition to your base salary, you may also receive:
• Shift compensation (extra pay for working evenings, nights, or weekends)
• Vacation compensation or vacation days
• Extra pay for overtime and additional hours
• Other allowances that may apply
