This position is a temporary/on-demand employment and we're especially looking for you if you can work different times of day – early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as we need staff around the clock. You'll work from our depot in Strömstad, where you'll become part of an engaged team with great colleagues and strong camaraderie. You'll also have a group manager nearby for support.

Daily Tasks
Your daily work will include:
Making our passengers feel so welcome they want to take the bus again.
Driving safely and responsibly.
Being a helping hand, both for your colleagues and our passengers.
Ensuring the bus is on time – though of course we prioritize safety first.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who:
Likes meeting people and sees every interaction as a chance to brighten someone's day.
Has a valid Category D driver's license and approved professional competence certificate (YKB).
Is responsible, conscientious, and drives safely – as if your own life depended on it.
Greets warmly and smiles (even before your morning coffee kicks in).
Can keep to schedules – or at least tries your best with a focus on safety.
Can speak and understand Swedish so you can provide information, report when something happens, and chat with passengers when appropriate.
Is flexible – the job has varying working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. We plan well in advance, but you need to be comfortable with days varying.
Bus driving experience is a merit but not a requirement.

Good to Know
As part of our safety efforts, employment is preceded by a drug test conducted by our occupational health service. During recruitment and ongoing during employment, random alcohol and drug tests may occur. Upon employment, we'll ask you to provide a police criminal record certificate.
