The Malmö traffic area consists of approximately 940 employees and we operate around 250 buses daily. Together with our client Skånetrafiken, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in the Malmö area.
Personal qualities and qualifications
As a bus driver at Nobina, you are social, flexible, and enjoy meeting people. You handle stressful situations in a calm and reassuring manner and always drive safely and environmentally consciously. In this role, you take responsibility for both passengers and the bus, in line with the Nobina driver values and our passenger promise. This means that you:
Welcome passengers and provide the information they need for a safe and positive journey
Drive safely, comfortably, and sustainably and follow all traffic regulations
Take care of the bus and report any damage or risks you notice
Contribute to a good work environment and collaborate with colleagues
Stay updated and participate in necessary training
We are looking for you who:
Have a Swedish D driving license and valid YKB
Have good knowledge of Swedish
Can work varying hours
As new with us, you will receive a good introduction and the opportunity to continue developing.

We offer full-time employment with a six-month probationary period and positions based on need.
Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, your years of experience (within the EU) will be credited for placement on the salary scale.
Digital tests will be sent via email and must be approved for you to proceed. A health examination will be conducted before employment. A check of your criminal record will be sent via email and approved by you using BankID.
