It is a vital societal role to transport students and citizens to school, work, friends, outdoor activities and job interviews. Your mission is to create a safe, secure and smooth travel experience every day in the Åre valley for both ski tourists and residents. Working as a Bus Driver in Åre (year-round or seasonal) is a unique assignment! Here, half of the work team consists of seasonal staff and half work year-round. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful, and weather conditions are sometimes very challenging. During the winter season, we are an important part of Skistar's offering to its customers. You will, among other things, drive the ski buses in Åre. Connect Bus works on behalf of Länstrafiken in Jämtland and is also responsible for public transport in Åre municipality. We offer simple seasonal accommodation in Duved for seasonal employees, but also initial simple accommodation for those who want to start living and working in Duved, but in a relaxed manner can look for their own accommodation once on site.
