Then the position of bus driver for our client in Malmö and surrounding area might be for you. On behalf of our client, Miljonbemanning is now seeking engaged and service-oriented bus drivers for permanent full-time employment. The client is an established player in public transport and works daily to create safe, sustainable, and functioning journeys for a large number of passengers. As a bus driver, you will be an important part of daily public transport and play a central role in interactions with passengers. You are the client's face to the public and contribute through your service, your driving, and your sense of responsibility to a positive travel experience. Job Description As a bus driver, you are responsible for operating a bus in scheduled line traffic according to timetable and applicable procedures. You are responsible for passenger safety and comfort and for ensuring that traffic is conducted in a safe, professional, and service-oriented manner. The role includes, among other things: Operate a bus in public transport safely and responsibly Provide good service and information to passengers Handle traffic disruptions and deviations calmly and professionally Collaborate with traffic management and colleagues Inspect the vehicle and report any faults, damage, or deviations Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and well-functioning work environment This work suits you if you thrive with responsibility, people, and varying work days. You need to be able to work independently, make sound decisions in traffic, and at the same time be responsive to both passengers and colleagues. We are looking for you who have a valid driver's license with Category D authorization have valid YKB (Professional Competence Certificate) can communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written are confident, responsible, and service-oriented have a good ability to handle stress and solve problems along the way are punctual, flexible, and have good collaboration skills are comfortable using digital systems and mobile-based tools at work It is a merit if you have previous experience with bus driving, scheduled line traffic, paratransit, service transport, or other professional passenger transport. It is also a merit if you have good local knowledge of the Nacka and Stockholm area and if you speak multiple languages.
