The Nacka-Värmdö Traffic Area consists of approximately 800 employees, and we operate about 350 buses daily. Together with our client SL, we are responsible for operating and developing bus services in Nacka-Värmdö.
Personal Qualities and Qualifications
As a bus driver at Nobina, you are social, flexible, and enjoy meeting people. You handle stressful situations calmly and safely, and always drive safely and environmentally consciously. In this role, you take responsibility for both passengers and the bus, in line with the Nobina Driver standard and our passenger promise. This means you:
- Welcome passengers and provide the information they need for a safe and positive journey
- Drive safely, comfortably, and sustainably while following all traffic rules
- Take care of the bus and report any damage or hazards you notice
- Contribute to a good work environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Stay informed and participate in necessary training
We are looking for you who:
- Have a Swedish Class D driving license and valid YKB (professional competence certificate)
- Have good knowledge of Swedish
- Can work varying hours

We offer: Full-time employment
Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, years of experience (within the EU) will be credited for placement on the salary scale.
