At Transdev, you are an important person – you are a real hero who ensures our passengers get to school, work, the hospital, or their leisure activities every day. Without you, Sweden would stop and our daily routines wouldn't run as smoothly. About You Are you social, responsible, and enjoy helping people while you love being behind the wheel? Then the bus driver job is for you. You operate the vehicle in a safe and secure manner with environmental consciousness at the core. You are responsible and can stay calm even in stressful traffic and passenger situations. You must have valid: Class D driver's license Professional Competence Certificate (YKB)* Digital tachograph card according to the Swedish Transport Agency And be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written A Typical Workday You always start and end your workday at the depot in Leksand. Working hours vary depending on the schedule and your shift arrangement. As a hourly employee with us, there are plenty of shifts available. Our buses run in regular traffic, year-round, around the clock. It is a varied job with a lot of personal responsibility while also being social work. Even if you drive the same route, you meet new people every day. You are available to answer questions passengers may have along the way. In addition, you report any traffic disruptions, irregularities, and vehicle malfunctions to traffic control. You are simply the face of public transport, and your primary task is to give our passengers an easy, safe, and pleasant journey! As a bus driver at our depot, you will work among colleagues with great cohesion and warm team spirit.
