The Värmland Traffic Area consists of approximately 750 employees and we operate around 300 buses daily. Together with our client Värmlandstrafik, we are responsible for operating and developing bus services in Värmland.
Personal Qualities and Qualifications
As a bus driver at Nobina, you are social, flexible, and enjoy meeting people. You handle stressful situations in a calm and reassuring manner and always drive safely and environmentally consciously. In this role, you take responsibility for both passengers and the bus, in line with the Nobina Driver standards and our passenger promise.
This means you:
Welcome passengers and provide the information they need for a safe and positive journey
Drive safely, comfortably, and sustainably while following all traffic regulations
Take care of the bus and report any damage or safety concerns
Contribute to a good work environment and collaborate with colleagues
Stay updated and participate in necessary training
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Swedish Category D driving license and valid YKB (professional driver qualification)
Has good Swedish language skills
Can work varying schedules

About the Position and Application
We offer employment on a call-in basis at 80%. Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, years of experience within the EU will be credited for salary scale placement.
Digital tests will be sent via email and must be approved for you to proceed. Before employment, a health examination will be conducted. A check of your criminal record will be sent via email and approved by you with BankID.
