We look forward to your application! About the position As a bus driver in regular route service at Keolis, you'll have flexible work. You'll drive all routes in the area and operate all types of buses. Traffic runs around the clock every day, so your working hours will vary throughout the day. We prefer that you live near the depot, since you may sometimes start early or finish late. The position involves driving and working according to EU driving and rest time regulations as well as the Road Working Time Act. This announcement covers upcoming staffing needs at our depots in Dalarna. The position is offered as full-time or on-call employment with a start date to be agreed upon in fall 2026. What you need Category D driver's license Valid Professional Competence Certificate (PCC)* Swedish spoken and written Experience from a service profession is advantageous Digital driver's card is advantageous Knowledge of EU driving and rest time regulations and correct tachograph handling is advantageous *Since we prioritize finding the right person for the right position, we are prepared in selected cases to offer continuing PCC. This applies, for example, if you obtained your bus driver's license before 2008. Bus Driver Salary When you work as a bus driver at Keolis, you receive a salary according to an agreement called the Bus Industry Agreement. This is an agreement determined jointly by the union and employers. The salary changes once a year in October. Your salary depends on how many years you have worked as a bus driver. To demonstrate this, you need to provide a document called a certificate of service. In addition to your base salary, you may also receive: • Shift compensation (extra pay for working evenings, nights, or weekends) • Holiday pay or vacation days • Extra pay for additional and overtime hours • Other allowances that may apply If you have questions about salary, you can speak with a recruiter or a union representative.
