Nobina Sverige AB is the Nordic region's largest public transportation company and operates buses and other public transit on behalf of regional operators in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. The company has approximately 15,000 employees and works to make everyday commutes more sustainable through innovation and smart mobility solutions. Location: Lidköping (Skaraborg) Who we are looking for: Bus Driver Your responsibilities: - Operate a bus safely, reliably, and environmentally responsibly - Provide excellent service to passengers so they feel welcome, informed, and secure throughout their journey - Follow Nobina's guidelines regarding safety, punctuality, and communication Requirements: - Swedish at intermediate level (can participate in everyday conversations, ask and answer common questions) - Swedish Class D driver's license - Able to work irregular hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends) - Safe, secure, and environmentally conscious driving style - If you lack YKB (professional bus driver certification), Nobina can often help you obtain it Your profile: - Service-oriented, sociable, and enjoy customer contact - Calm and stable in stressful situations and demanding environments - Flexible and adaptable to different schedules and passenger needs - Responsible and committed to safety and sustainability What the employer offers: - Full-time employment (100%) - Permanent position - Shift work including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and daytime Monday–Friday - Wellness allowance - Employee discounts - Work clothes and uniform included Important: This position is part of a project co-financed by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support third-country nationals in their integration into the Swedish job market. Participants have residence permits in Sweden but lack Swedish citizenship or EU/EES citizenship.
