We are now seeking a driven consultant for an exciting assignment in the development and implementation of the service business. You will have a central role in translating strategic initiatives into concrete work methods, processes, and solutions. From customer and dealer journeys to systems, data, and financial flows. We warmly welcome your application! Responsibilities You will be part of an initiative focused on developing and implementing new services and service concepts. The role is operational and implementation-oriented, with many touchpoints and a clear focus on driving work from idea to pilot and implementation. - Translate strategy and concepts into concrete work methods, processes, and operating models - Define customer, dealer, and internal processes - Map existing processes and identify improvement areas and gaps - Develop future work methods and ensure that customer, dealer, operational, and financial flows are aligned - Develop business requirements and specifications linked to processes, systems, and data - Identify system and data dependencies and contribute to prioritizing development needs - Plan and lead workshops with various stakeholders - Coordinate activities and track progress, risks, and dependencies - Prepare decision-making materials and recommendations - Contribute to developing and conducting pilots and ensure implementation readiness Qualifications: - Relevant post-secondary education in areas such as economics, business, engineering, management, or similar - Several years of relevant experience in business operations, service operations, or process development - Experience with process design and process improvement - Experience translating strategy into concrete activities and implementation - Experience gathering and formulating business requirements and collaborating with IT - Strong analytical ability and experience using data as a basis for decision-making - Experience working in complex and cross-functional organizations - Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written We are looking for someone who is self-driven, motivated, and solution-oriented and who enjoys making things happen. You are structured and analytical, yet pragmatic and action-oriented when it comes to turning ideas into practice. You thrive with many touchpoints and are comfortable driving dialogues, workshops, and activities forward. Meritorious qualifications: - Experience from aftermarket or service operations - Experience with dealer/reseller networks or indirect sales models - Experience with service agreements, subscription, or other recurring revenue models - Experience from automotive, marine, industrial, or similar sectors - Experience with digital products and services - Experience implementing new business models or service concepts The assignment is located in Lundby, Gothenburg and involves close collaboration with multiple functions and stakeholders in an international environment.
