We're looking for a Business Solution Manager who will lead and be a key player in the transition from traditional IT management to a more innovative, business-aligned, and solution-driven IT function. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to combine leadership, change management, and operational responsibility in an organization where digitalization, innovation, and business value are high on the agenda. You'll be an important part of Scan Sverige's IT leadership and play a central role in ensuring that our IT solutions create value for the business today and tomorrow. What you'll do Scan Sverige is on an exciting transformation journey where IT is taking an increasingly larger role in business development. As Business Solution Manager, you'll be in a central position in this shift. In the role, you're responsible for developing and leading Scan Sverige's work within IT management and innovation. You'll ensure that our business-critical systems and solutions meet the organization's needs while driving innovation, improvement initiatives, and development forward. You'll lead a team of four consisting of Solution Architects and ERP specialists, helping the team create structure, prioritize the right initiatives, and translate strategies into concrete results. The role involves close collaboration with the business, where you serve as an advisory and driving partner in matters related to digitalization, business development, and future solution needs. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll also be operationally involved in parts of the business and drive or lead major initiatives, projects, and management areas. You're responsible for budgets, business planning, and follow-up within the area, and you're an active member of Scan Sverige's IT leadership team. Together with the team, you'll ensure that management, innovation, and development happen in a structured way without compromising operational reliability, quality, or information security. The position is based in Linköping and you'll report to the CIO. What you need to succeed and thrive You have: Relevant academic education or equivalent experience. Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility and developing people and teams. Worked at the intersection of business and IT, where you've driven development, change, or digitalization. Experience translating strategies and business needs into prioritized initiatives and concrete results. Experience leading projects, programs, or major change initiatives. Budget responsibility and experience following up on business goals and results. A good understanding of business-critical systems and processes. A technical foundation that enables you to act as a credible partner to both business and specialists. You are: A confident and engaging leader who creates direction, structure, and conditions for others to succeed. Relationship-oriented and skilled at building trust with both business and technical specialists. Driven by improvements and development, while being pragmatic and delivery-focused. Accustomed to prioritizing in an environment with many initiatives and stakeholders. Curious about new technology and innovation, but focused on business value and long-term value creation.
