Do you want to be part of developing Hogia Group's work in information and cybersecurity? As a BISO, you'll have a business-focused role where you translate requirements and risks into practical solutions. About the role As a BISO, you'll provide close business support to Hogia Group's companies and business areas. You'll help the business understand what different security requirements and risks mean in practice and translate them into clear recommendations, working methods, and priorities. You'll be based at our headquarters, beautifully located by the sea in Stenungsund. You will, among other things: support the business on information and cybersecurity matters interpret external requirements and internal governance and translate them into practical working methods contribute to risk assessments, security reviews, and monitoring of security measures provide support in customer dialogues, procurement, and vendor assessments where security is an important factor identify areas for improvement and contribute to ensuring the right security measures are prioritized contribute to education and communication so that security matters become understandable and actionable in everyday work You'll work closely with the CISO, IT, and other security functions, and you'll have many points of contact across Hogia. The role also gives you the opportunity to help further develop the BISO function itself and how we approach business-focused security going forward. Who are you? We're looking for someone with experience in information and/or cybersecurity work in a business-focused role. You may have worked as an ISO, information security coordinator, security advisor, or in a similar position. What matters is not the title, but that you have experience supporting business or management on security-related matters. Since our internal working language is Swedish, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish, while also being able to speak and understand English in your work. We believe you: have a good understanding of information and cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance can interpret requirements and risks and translate them into clear recommendations and practical working methods have experience with risk assessments, monitoring, and improvement work are accustomed to communicating security matters with different audiences and can make complex issues understandable thrive in an advisory role where you create buy-in and drive progress through collaboration have relevant education in, for example, information security, IT, law, business development, or equivalent experience It's an advantage if you have experience with, for example, NIS2/CSL, GDPR, or ISO 27001/27002. Experience from a group or other complex organization is also valuable, as is practical experience in IT or cybersecurity.
