You work closely with management and cross-functional teams to strengthen governance, planning, and decision-making. About the Role You strengthen business development and strategy work. You combine finance, controlling, and strategic project work. You work across organizational boundaries on complex issues. You contribute to improved ways of working within a development-intensive environment. What You'll Do Develop financial interfaces, roles, and responsibilities. Drive strategic initiatives and controlling-related improvement projects. Improve planning, reporting, and follow-up. Analyze financial data and drivers and identify improvement areas. Explore digital solutions and AI support for financial processes. What We're Looking For At least 5 years of experience in project management and finance/controlling. Background in controlling, finance, or financial business development. Strong capability in financial analysis and accounting. Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives. Relevant higher education or university degree in economics, finance, industrial economics, engineering, or equivalent. Technology & Tools Power BI or similar analytics tools Financial reporting and follow-up Digital working methods and AI support Practical Information Södertälje Work is on-site 5 days per week Languages: English required; Swedish, German, or Portuguese are advantageous
