About the Position As a Business Controller, you will have a central role in driving and developing Sollentunahem's financial management in close collaboration with operations. You will be part of the finance department and work closely with managers and colleagues at various levels in the organization. In this role, you will contribute with analysis, structure, and forward-thinking insights that strengthen both management and decision-making. The position is located at Turebergshuset at Turebergs Torg 1 in Sollentuna, and you will report to the Finance Manager. This is a recruitment, which means you will be employed by Sollentunahem. Your Responsibilities • Drive budget, forecast, and follow-up work • Analyze results, key metrics, and variances and prepare clear decision-making materials • Support managers and budget holders in financial analyses, prioritization, and follow-up • Contribute to financial statements, annual reports, liquidity planning, and property valuation • Develop reporting, key metrics, BI support, and processes within the finance function • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to more efficient and operations-focused financial management • Prepare materials for management, ownership, and the board Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who is analytical, business-minded, and confident in the controller role. You enjoy working closely with operations, are accustomed to taking responsibility for the entire process from analysis to decision-making materials, and have a strong drive to develop both processes and follow-up procedures. You have experience in the real estate industry, and it is of great importance that you have applied experience in the real estate industry. • Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience that the employer deems equivalent • At least five years of experience in qualified accounting work • Experience with controlling • Very good experience with budgeting, forecasting, follow-up, and analysis • Strong ability to translate complex financial information into clear and pedagogical decision-making materials • Work in a structured and independent manner with high prioritization skills and delivery reliability Merits • Experience with Visma Insikt, Visma Control, and Trimma/Insikt • Knowledge of the K3 regulatory framework As a Person We believe you are an analytical and business-minded person who enjoys working closely with operations and creating value through clear insights and sound management.
