Prima Vård is now seeking an analytical and business-driven Business Controller for one of our 3 business areas, Health and Specialist Care.
The business area has revenues of approximately 1.3 billion SEK and encompasses a large number of operations within specialist and health care.
As a Business Controller, you will be an important part of our finance function and work closely with operations managers and business area management to create insights that lead to better decisions and stronger operations.
You will be part of an engaged finance team of six colleagues where collaboration, lack of ego, and development are in focus. In this role, you will report directly to the business area's CFO.
About the Role
As a Business Controller, you will work both operatively and strategically. You are responsible for analyzing the operations' financial development and translating figures into business recommendations.
Your tasks include:
Budgeting and forecasting
Monthly and annual financial statement analyses
Business and profitability analyses
KPI monitoring and reporting
Decision support for managers and leadership
Development and efficiency improvement of financial processes and reporting
Preparation of analyses and presentation materials for management
We Are Looking for You If You
Have an academic degree in economics
Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in controlling, audit, or similar
Have very good skills in Excel and a strong interest in digital tools and technical resources
Have good analytical ability and thrive working data-driven
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Merits
We consider it particularly meritorious if you have:
Worked with BI tools, Power BI, or other analytics tools
Experience from healthcare, service operations, or larger corporations
Experience with operations with a high proportion of personnel costs and staffing planning
