As a Controller at Rosti, you will have a central and operationally focused role where you become an important support to the Finance Manager, management and the business as a whole. You will be part of an engaged finance team of three people. As a natural part of your work, you collaborate closely with production, logistics and other key functions. Through analyses, follow-up and financial insights, you help the organization identify improvement opportunities and create a stronger basis for decision-making in the business.
You are entering an exciting phase where much is already in place, but where there are still great opportunities to further develop how we work with follow-up, analysis and business management. As the new production facility is put into operation, new systems are implemented and the business continues to grow, the role will also develop. With us you will have the opportunity to:
Support the Finance Manager in budget, forecast and follow-up work.
Prepare analyses, reports and decision-making materials for management and the business.
Analyze production results, inventory, material flows and profitability.
Monitor and further develop relevant key metrics for production and finance.
Be an operationally focused support to production, logistics, maintenance and other key functions.
Participate in development projects linked to the business's continued growth and the new production facility.
Contribute to developing reporting, follow-up and analysis tools, including in Power BI and Dynamics 365.

YOUR PROFILEWe believe you are a curious and analytical person who enjoys understanding the business in depth and translating analyses into insights that create value and lead to better decisions. You have experience from a controller role and thrive in an operationally focused environment where analysis, follow-up and business understanding are in focus. If you have experience from manufacturing industry, we see that as a major advantage. The role involves many points of contact, which means you enjoy collaborating with different parts of the organization. You easily switch between details and the big picture, see opportunities for improvement and are driven by developing ways of working and processes. If you have experience in production follow-up, material flows, inventory, cost analyses or similar, we see that as an asset. The most important thing for us, however, is that you have a genuine interest in the business and a desire to contribute to our continued development journey.
