Are you an analytical and business-driven Business Controller who thrives working close to operations? About the Role As a Business Controller, you'll serve as an important partner to managers and operational leads. You'll work analyzing business results, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing insights that support both strategic and operational decisions. The role offers a combination of analysis, follow-up, and business-close collaboration, where you'll have the opportunity to drive improvement initiatives and develop processes within financial management and operational tracking. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll: Own budget, forecast, and follow-up work. Analyze financial and operational results and track key metrics. Prepare reports, decision-making materials, and presentations for management and other stakeholders. Support operations on financial and business-related matters. Identify deviations, risks, and opportunities, and propose improvement actions. Participate in process, routine, and methodology development and optimization. Conduct ad hoc analyses and investigations related to operational needs. Contribute to projects and change initiatives focused on financial management and business development. What We're Looking For University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent. Several years of experience working as a Business Controller, Financial Controller, or similar role. Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, follow-up, and financial analysis. Very strong Excel skills. Experience with financial systems and preferably BI tools. Ability to communicate financial relationships effectively to various parts of the organization. Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into concrete business insights. Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written. Personal Qualities We're looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and business-oriented.
