We are now recruiting a Business Controller to join the Finance team at HAVI in Tumba. This is a broad, operations-focused role where you will be responsible for controller work within your own business unit while working closely with Operations, Sales, and other parts of the organization to support the business and drive improvements. Location: Tumba, Sweden Workplace: On-site About the Role As a Business Controller at HAVI, you will be an important business partner for the operations. You are responsible for monitoring, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for one of our business units and work closely with managers and operations to translate financial data into business decisions. The role combines classic controller tasks with a strong operational focus. You analyze results, identify trends and opportunities, and contribute insights that help the business develop and reach its goals. You will be part of an engaged Finance team where collaboration, development, and continuous improvements are a natural part of everyday work. Your Responsibilities: - Manage KPI monitoring, analysis, and results reporting for a business unit - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring activities - Conduct results analyses and support operations with financial insights and recommendations - Act as a business partner to Operations and support the business on both operational and strategic matters - Manage customer reporting and collaborate closely with customers, Sales, and other internal functions - Contribute to the development of reports and analyses in Power BI - Support the development and monitoring of business cases for new business opportunities - Identify and drive improvement initiatives within processes, reporting, and working methods - Work with both business controlling and financial monitoring We Believe You: - Have a university degree in economics, finance, or a similar field - Have several years of experience in controlling, business controlling, or similar finance function - Have a good understanding of financial monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting work - Are analytical and enjoy transforming data into business recommendations - Have very good Excel skills - Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing - Work in a structured, independent manner and take responsibility for your deliverables - Enjoy collaborating and building relationships with people across the organization Meritorious qualifications include experience from customer-facing roles in complex processes, service operations, or the restaurant industry. Experience with Power BI and data visualization as well as very good proficiency with the Office suite, particularly Excel, is also a plus.
