Business Controller

Do you have a background in audit and have worked in operations for a few years and are ready for new challenges? Our client, a well-known and large company, is now seeking skilled business controllers at the group level. We're looking for someone with experience developing analyses, statistics, and decision-making materials for management, the board, or similar stakeholders. We're seeking someone who wants to work with analysis and reporting of product profitability, can drive efficiency and improvement projects, and work with the business area's budget and forecasting efforts as well as business planning processes. In your role, you will work closely with your colleagues in a team while the position also requires the ability to work independently. Your tasks and support to colleagues will vary depending on your experience and expertise. We're looking for someone who has: At least a few years of experience working as a Business Controller Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in both Swedish and English Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities who enjoys working both independently and in teams The ability to see the big picture and dive into details, as well as work proactively with initiatives and improvements Proficient Excel user with Power BI experience being a plus. Location: Stockholm, minimum 3 days/week in the office required Type of employment: Full-time position, 6-month trial period We're happy to answer questions.
