Drive business architecture within Shopfloor IT and contribute to data-driven, coherent, and future-proof production in an international industrial environment. Do you want to shape how business, information, and IT collaborate in modern production environments? In the role of Business Architect, you will drive the long-term development of processes and solutions that strengthen data-driven decision-making close to production. About the Role You work at the intersection of business, production, and IT. You take overall responsibility for business architecture within Shopfloor IT and Production Execution. You translate business needs into sustainable processes, information flows, and architectural direction. You balance short-term needs with long-term target image and development initiatives. What You Will Do Develop and manage business architecture for production-near IT. Drive feasibility studies, needs analyses, and gap analyses. Identify improvement opportunities in processes, information flows, and IT support. Create visualizations and decision support materials for complex relationships. Facilitate dialogue, prioritization, and decisions between business and IT. What We're Looking For Relevant academic education or equivalent work experience. Good understanding of business processes, information flows, and value streams. Experience translating business needs into processes, IT solutions, or architectural direction. Ability to analyze complex relationships from an end-to-end perspective. Experience collaborating with stakeholders in both business and IT.
