Responsibilities
Analyze business needs, processes, and work methods.
Identify improvement and efficiency opportunities.
Gather, structure, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions.
Develop User Stories, process descriptions, and requirement specifications.
Lead and participate in workshops with business, IT, and other stakeholders.
Work closely with Process Owners, SMEs, system experts, and development teams.
Contribute to solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation.
Ensure that the solution meets business needs and requirements.
Help create structure and clarity throughout the transformation journey.
Who We Are Looking For
This is a role for you who can see both the business and IT perspective and enjoy creating the bridge between them. You don't need to have all the answers from the start, but you are curious, analytical, and have the ability to ask the right questions.
Beyond that, you have:
A bachelor's or master's degree in, for example, finance, systems science, industrial economics, or similar.
Understanding of finance and business processes.
Several years of experience in accounting, controlling, or consolidation.
Experience with requirements work, business development, or business systems.
Experience communicating with both IT and business and facilitating or leading workshops.
Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English as both languages are used in the work.
We Consider It Meritorious If You Have:
Experience from ERP implementations.
Experience from finance transformation or ERP transformation.
Experience with process modeling and developing User Stories.
Experience with testing and UAT.
Experience with Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EPM.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other major business systems.
