As a Business Analyst, you'll become part of this journey, helping to shape the future of workshops and dealerships by combining business understanding, technology, and close collaboration with customers. About the Role As a Business Analyst, you have a central role in developing and creating value for our customers in the truck industry. You serve as the link between operations and IT, helping customers translate business needs into efficient and sustainable system solutions. In this role, you work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues on everything from business analysis, requirements management, and process development to training and change management. You actively contribute to optimizing customers' operations and ensuring that our solutions create long-term business value. You will have many touchpoints and collaborate with both customers and system providers. The role offers a varied daily routine where you get the opportunity to influence, develop, and improve mission-critical processes and system support. Who Are You? You are consultative, relationship-building, and have a well-developed ability to see the big picture. You are driven by developing operations, processes, and businesses, and have a good understanding of both the vehicle industry and IT. You are confident in dialogue with both management and operations, and have an easy time building trust. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience from the vehicle industry, preferably in service market, sales, aftermarket, or logistics. Academic degree in IT, economics, or equivalent. Good experience with business systems and integration solutions, such as accounting systems, invoice workflows, payment solutions, and BI tools. Ability to collaborate with different functions and stakeholders, from management to operational teams. Experience with agile working methods and driving improvement and change initiatives. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written. Very good IT proficiency and experience with Microsoft 365. Meritorious Experience from vehicle trade or aftermarket in larger organizations. Experience with AutoMaster or other DMS systems. Experience with training, workshop facilitation, or change management. Knowledge of BI, reporting, and business development.
