Your responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you work closely with the business to understand and analyze needs and requirements. Together with technical teams, you then break these down into clear and actionable stories.
You become an important link between the business, technicians and other stakeholders, and contribute to creating solutions that work both technically and operationally.
In the role, you will, among other things:
Analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements
Break down requirements into actionable stories together with technical teams
Plan, lead and document workshops
Work with requirements management and documentation
Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders
Contribute to business implementations and change management
Support work with document management and information governance
Participate in migration, rollout, maintenance and further development of the system
Your profile
We are looking for someone with strong business analytical skills and who enjoys creating structure in complex issues. You are responsible, communicative and comfortable working both independently and with others.
We see that you have experience with:
Business Analysis or similar business-oriented work
Requirements management and documentation
Stakeholder management and communication
Business implementations and change management
Document management and information governance
Planning and conducting workshops
It is a merit if you also have:
Experience from the defense industry or another large organization
Experience with Caspian or OpenText Livelink, for example as a user
Experience with Jira
Experience with agile methods

The assignment is placed in classified operations. Swedish citizenship and approved security clearance are therefore required.
