About the job: As a Business Analyst in Customer & Partner Integration, you'll be a central part of configuring, testing, and quality-assuring integration solutions within DSV Road SE. You work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal operations to ensure that our APIs, EDI flows, and system integrations work as they should – in both test and production environments. This is a role for you who enjoys troubleshooting, structure, and communication, and who wants to be an important link between IT, business operations, and external parties. Your main responsibilities: Implement and configure EDI integrations Set up integrations between internal and external parties' systems. Manage standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, JSON, Peppol, and more. Ensure that business documents such as orders, invoices, and delivery notifications work properly. Monitor and troubleshoot EDI flows Monitoring of daily data flows and error handling. Troubleshooting transmission errors, mapping errors, and validation issues. Communication with IT, business teams, and external parties' technical contacts. Collaboration with customers and suppliers Onboarding of new trading partners. Ensure that partners' EDI requirements are met. Documentation and quality assurance Document integrations, mappings, flows, and processes. Test and verify new messages before go-live. Work with change management and continuous improvement. Support the business Help the business side understand technical limitations and opportunities. Participate in projects to digitize and streamline business processes. Act as a bridge between IT and operations. We're looking for you who: Have in-depth technical knowledge and experience with APIs, EDI, customer and system integrations. Have deep technical knowledge of various standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, JSON, Peppol. Are thorough, responsible, and enjoy troubleshooting. Can communicate clearly in English and Swedish with both technical and non-technical audiences. Thrive in a role with many contact points – customers, suppliers, and internal units.
