We're now seeking a colleague for our digitalization, IT, and business development team where you can combine business development and requirements specification with your genuine interest in technology, and dive into processes, user needs, systems, integrations, data flows, and technical solution proposals. About the role As a Business Analyst – Digital Solutions, you transform the organization's needs and improvement opportunities into implementable digital solutions. You drive the work from needs analysis and evaluation of solution alternatives through requirements specification, coordination, testing, and follow-up. You work broadly with initiatives such as business systems, integrations, master data, automation, data platforms, and data analytics. In close collaboration with the business and our technical teams, you ensure we solve the right problem, that requirements are clear, and that solutions deliver the intended business value. Your main areas of responsibility: Proactively identify problems and improvement opportunities in the business, formulate possible digital solutions, and drive the work from idea to implementation. Map and analyze business processes, information flows, system support, and dependencies to understand both the business need and technical prerequisites. Translate the organization's needs into clear functional and technically understandable requirements that solution architects and development teams can work with. Produce concrete requirements documentation such as process models, information flows, user stories, data requirements, and acceptance criteria. Evaluate and challenge both the business's wishes and technical solution proposals to ensure we solve the right problem in a sustainable and appropriate way. Lead workshops, bring together the right expertise, and drive dialogue between business, product owners, project managers, solution architects, and development teams. Practically validate solutions and data through testing, analysis of data flows, and verification against defined requirements and acceptance criteria. Follow initiatives through the entire delivery and ensure the result creates intended business value, not just that the technical solution is delivered. When needed, work practically with data analysis, data validation, and further development of Power BI reports. What we're looking for Multiple years of experience in business analysis and requirements specification, and in driving digital initiatives from need to implemented solution. Strong understanding of business processes and experience translating complex needs into clear and implementable requirements. Practical technical experience and understanding of systems, integrations, data flows, and data models. Practical experience with SQL, data transformation, or analysis of data structures in different systems. Experience evaluating technical solution proposals and working closely with architects and development teams. Experience leading workshops and validating and testing digital solutions together with the business. It's a plus if you've been involved in larger change or implementation projects, for example in ERP, integrations, data migration, master data, automation, or data platforms. Experience with Power BI, APIs, or organizations with complex processes and system landscapes is also valuable. Who are you?
